Order Info

There are easy order forms available for lampshades and ceiling glass. Mail a check plus the completed form to Daisy LaPoma Design, PO Box 51483, Eugene, OR 97405 or call (541) 485-3105. Please make the check out to "Daisy LaPoma".

For custom items such as sculptural lamps and special projects, please give us a call (8-5 PST).

Items can usually be delivered within 4-6 weeks of order.
